With an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and MBA focused on marketing, EMS President, Barry Saltzman, has spent his career looking at things from diverse perspectives. After honing Management skills in the Specialty Chemical and Energy Industries, he started his own business performing energy consultative and then physical security services for academic, commercial, industrial, and governmental clients. Always environmentally conscious, Barry was exposed to a unique opportunity to shepherd a new age of plastic waste removal and recycling to fight the long term harm that this pollution creates in our bodies, landfills, and oceans. Corsair is leading the charge on solving this pervasive problem. Once he became aware of what Corsair is doing in this fight, he could not help but get involved. By leveraging his contacts in industry and government, he hopes to help reduce the plastic waste epidemic in the world and be part of the solution.

Rick pioneered and founded the TV/Retail fitness industry in the mid 1980’s and early 1990’s with his company Fitness Quest. He had a string of exercise equipment successes with the Trim Track, Gut Buster, Abdomenizer endorsed by Charlene Tilton of Dallas, the Easy Glider skier endorsed by Vana White, the Fit One skier endorsed by Joe Monanta, and the The Step endorsed by Jane Fonda. Fitness Quest grew to $113,000,000 in sales with 350 employees. He sold Fitness Quest to Time Warner in 1994, and the company hit $435,000,000 in sales, with one of their products being the Total Gym endorsed by Chuck Norris and Christy Brinkley.
Rick pursued other non-fitness ventures for a time and eventually wrote a book, The Lost Secret, and was in full time ministry. A person on his ministry staff approached him with a drawing of a new and innovative piece of exercise equipment – the BallBike. He asked Rick what he thought of it, and his response was, “That’s the greatest piece of exercise equipment I have ever seen, and I’ve seen them all”.Rick felt lead to return to business and founded Fit One, to market the revolutionary industry disrupting BallBike.
Fit One’s Mission: To revolutionize the way people workout and sit to improve the health of humanity – with Rick donating 50% his profits to charity – to impact the world for good.
